Junior structural works site manager

You plan and direct construction operations on structural works sites in the Geneva region, under the responsibility of a project manager.

Tasks

• Plan and direct construction operations on sites
• Prepare and participate in tenders, calls for tender and technical interviews
• Manage cost estimates and ensure the financial monitoring of projects
• Ensure safety on the construction site
• Control the deadlines, costs and quality of work execution
• Ensure regular contact with the work teams and partners

Profile

• Completed training in construction with a diploma as a site manager, HES or EPF engineer
• 3 to 5 years of experience acquired in Switzerland
• Knowledge of current standards and laws in Switzerland
• Skills related to structural works
• Ability to communicate, negotiate, analyze and solve problems
• Ease of working in a team

Offer

• 3 to 6 months of temporary work, then permanent employment
• Possibility of teleworking
