Senior Digital and Automation Engineering Specialist (DMO/MES)

You develop and scale digital manufacturing and automation solutions across a food manufacturing network, working closely with factory, engineering and digital teams.

Tasks

• Lead development and global deployment of digital manufacturing and automation solutions
• Drive standardization and improvement of manufacturing execution systems and operational technology
• Build partnerships with factories, project teams and technology suppliers
• Provide expert guidance for investment projects from design to validation and handover
• Enable secure and reliable manufacturing data through data integration initiatives
• Coach teams and share best practices in digital and automation capabilities

Profile

• Master's degree in Engineering with a background in digital technologies
• Experience in digital manufacturing, AI and robotics, MES, automation and digital engineering
• Knowledge of process mastery applications and control system platforms such as Rockwell, Wonderware or AVEVA
• Experience with process simulation tools
• Experience in engineering projects, commissioning and continuous improvement in manufacturing, ideally dairy processes
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time
