Project Manager Real Estate / Client Representative (all)
Your Tasks
Independent implementation of renovation and new construction projects from the preliminary project phase to realization for operationally relevant office and commercial buildings
The financial volume per project ranges between 0.1 MCHF to 20 MCHF
Leadership and coordination of external partners such as general planners, specialist planners, architects, and contractors
Central interface between internal stakeholders and project participants
Participation in awards and procurement as well as support of tenders
Preparation of project proposals
Deputy for the Real Estate Team Leader in selected topics such as budgeting, reporting, conceptual project phases, or sustainability
Your Profile
Completed higher vocational education in construction, architecture, construction management, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in structural construction management, preferably in tenders and client representation
Sound knowledge of relevant construction standards and construction acceptance processes
Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational talent, and a structured, independent way of working
Assertive personality with high personal responsibility
Very good oral and written German skills
