Your mission:

• Independent management of client accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Collaboration in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements according to OR.
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons.
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns as well as performing annual reconciliations.
• Payroll and personnel administration for our clients.
• Support for the mandate managers in the care of our diverse clientele.

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in fiduciary services (e.g., Fiduciary Clerk or Accounting).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the fiduciary industry or in accounting.
• IT affinity and confident handling of common accounting programs (knowledge of Business Central is an advantage).
• Enjoyment of location-independent work and flexibility in designing working hours.
• Team spirit, trust, innovation, responsibility, and transparency are values that you live.
• Excellent German and good English skills are essential for communication with our clientele.
