Your tasks

• Development and evaluation of traffic concepts for urban and regional projects
• Conception, planning, and implementation of intelligent and sustainable mobility solutions
• Execution of traffic studies and traffic analyses as well as derivation of concrete measures
• Analysis and interpretation of mobility data to optimize traffic processes and traffic infrastructures
• Use of digital platforms, models, and technologies for traffic control and optimization
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects in the areas of traffic planning, traffic engineering, traffic safety, and Smart Mobility
• Preparation of reports, expert opinions, and decision-making bases
• Cooperation with authorities, clients, external partners, and other specialist disciplines

What you bring with you
You have a sound professional education, enjoy working independently, and at the same time appreciate exchange within a team.

• Completed studies as a traffic engineer, traffic planner, civil engineer with a focus on traffic, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in traffic planning, traffic engineering, or traffic safety
• Knowledge of traffic modeling and simulation; experience with Visum, Vissim, or comparable tools is an advantage
• Experience with GIS software and relevant planning tools
• Interest in digital solutions, smart technologies, and data-based traffic planning
• Ability to analyze and interpret mobility data and derive practical recommendations from them
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• Teamwork skills, communication strength, and a confident manner
• Very good German skills; French and English skills are an advantage
