In addition to classic controlling tasks in the areas of reporting, planning, and cost accounting, an interesting position awaits you in which you will further develop production controlling in a data-driven and future-oriented manner. We are looking for a Controller (m/f/d) 80-100% at the earliest possible starting date. Your tasks consist of * Design, establishment, and management of requirement-oriented production controlling * Optimization of cost accounting and ensuring transparent and consistent data and system logic in the ERP * Cooperation with various departments to create decision-making bases and drive improvement suggestions * Active participation in departmental and company projects * Support of the monthly and annual closing * Timely creation & analysis of meaningful management reports * Collaboration in budgeting and the creation of forecasts as well as medium-term planning * Continuous, future-oriented further development of controlling and reporting processes and instruments. You are * strong in communication and assertive with pleasure in the design of processes and structures * used to working in a team in which people support each other and take over deputy roles * a person who likes to take responsibility and proactively tackles things * solution-oriented and capable of cooperation * reliable, independent, and resilient. You have * a completed degree in business administration (Uni/FH/HF) or Expert in Accounting & Controlling or a comparable qualification * several years of sound professional experience in controlling, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company * practical experience in cost accounting, calculation, and production-related controlling * very good knowledge in dealing with MS Excel, ERP systems, and modern BI tools * strong analytical skills as well as networked, process-oriented thinking.
