Job Description ##

• Responsibility for the successful implementation of customer projects in the wealth management environment
• Central contact person for customers, project teams, and other stakeholders
• Planning, coordination, and control of projects with regard to deadlines, quality, and deliverables
• Collection, analysis, and concretization of customer requirements
• Close cooperation with product management, development, support, and operations
• Identification of project risks as well as development of pragmatic solution approaches
• Moderation of workshops and coordination between business and IT contact persons
• Continuous improvement of project and delivery processes
• Support of both international financial institutions as well as smaller and medium-sized customer organizations

The Successful Applicant ##

• Several years of experience in IT project management & delivery management
• Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Asset Management
• Successful track record in customer-oriented IT projects or IT consulting
• Ability to professionally manage complex stakeholder landscapes
• Strong-communication personality with high customer orientation
• Hands-on mentality as well as enjoyment of operational and conceptual tasks
• Experience in a software, technology, consulting, or financial services environment
• Very good German and English skills, French/Italian an advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to take on responsibility in an SME-oriented environment
