The Office for Corrections is responsible for the administrative and practical execution of sentences and measures. The Justizvollzugsanstalt (JVA) Solothurn operates stationary sentence and measure execution for adult men. For the Justizvollzugsanstalt (JVA) Solothurn, we are looking for an Operations Employee as Specialist in Work Agogics, 100% at the Deitingen location, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your responsibility

• You take over and plan orders within the electrical workshop or the assembly atelier, which you complete purposefully and reliably involving the admitted persons.
• As part of our agogics team, you work with the admitted persons according to work-agogic criteria – in doing so, you offer the admitted persons development potential for self and professional competence.
• You commit yourself to the instruction, promotion, and accompaniment of the admitted adult male persons in everyday work.
• In your function, you handle the reporting of the admitted persons in your work area and ensure representation at networking meetings with internal and external specialists.
• With exemplary appearance and commitment, you lead by example in the execution of work.

Your profile

• You have a completed vocational training EFZ and have already been able to gain extensive practical experience.
• Ideally, you bring further training in work agogics or also as a specialist in corrections - or you are prepared to complete corresponding further training.
• You are a team player and enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups.
• You like to take on responsibility in an activity that is equally challenging and meaningful.
• For this position, you bring good IT skills and an impeccable reputation.
