Location: Region Mittelland / Bern/Solothurn (Hybrid with Home-Office & Hub in Zürich)

To strengthen the finance team, we are looking for a committed, numbers-oriented personality who enjoys taking responsibility and further development.

Your tasks

• Independent management and maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers for various group companies
• Responsibility for ongoing payment transactions and the recording of all bank transactions
• Management of fixed asset accounting as well as reconciliation and processing of intercompany transactions
• Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in close cooperation with the team lead
• Timely preparation and submission of periodic VAT returns
• Active participation in projects for the optimization and digitalization of financial processes
• Occasional substitution in the accounts receivable area as well as support with creditworthiness assessments

Qualifications

Your profile ####

• Completed further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a Swiss federal diploma (or currently in training for this)
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in a comparable function or in fiduciary services
• Sound proficiency in closing processes and sound knowledge of Swiss accounting law
• Routine handling of MS Excel; knowledge of modern ERP systems (ideally MS Dynamics 365 Business Central) is a clear advantage
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills
• Structured, exact way of working paired with curiosity and enjoyment in contributing own ideas
