As a (Senior) Payroll Manager, you will take responsibility for the timely and correct payroll accounting of our employees in Switzerland. You are the central contact person for all questions regarding payroll, social insurance, pension fund, and time tracking.

The position is part of a helpful and motivated HR team in a sporty-modern environment. The desired start date is November 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Do what you love

• Recording payroll-relevant data and maintaining master personnel data during entries, exits, and mutations
• Preparation and execution of the monthly payroll run
• Processing the associated administration and clarifications or settlements in connection with accidents, illness, maternity/paternity, family allowances, as well as AHV registrations
• Withholding tax registrations and withholding tax settlements with the withholding tax offices of various cantons
• Monthly processing of the interfaces to the pension fund
• Contact point for all employee questions regarding payroll, social insurance, pension fund, and time tracking
• Quarterly and annual closing tasks including social insurance declarations
• Preparation of key figures from the payroll program (quarterly)
• Preparation of vacation and overtime accruals (quarterly)
• Account reconciliations, bonus accruals, as well as support during audits
• Creation and processing of supplementary income forms and employer certificates for the unemployment fund
• Monthly absence and time tracking management (Mobatime/Personio)

Show what you can do

• Commercial basic training with further training in the field of payroll (Payroll Specialist/Expert), further training as a social insurance specialist / HR specialist is a plus
• Proven experience in payroll accounting
• Sound knowledge of Swiss social insurance law
• Knowledge of Swiss labor law and the application of payroll-relevant provisions
• Resilient and flexible personality with a flair for numbers
• Very independent, exact, structured, and efficient way of working
• Team player with absolute confidentiality and a high sense of responsibility
• Very good oral and written skills in German and English, any further language is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of MS Office, SwissSalary, Personio, and Mobatime is a plus
