What awaits you

• You are responsible for processing and examining benefit claims in the event of death and loss of earnings, in close collaboration with the medical department
• You carry out all necessary clarifications and guarantee a technically rigorous assessment of benefits within the specified deadlines
• You take charge of the calculation, provisioning, payment, and control of insured benefits
• You write high-quality correspondence in French and ensure customer service by telephone
• You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and collaborate with different teams and units

Your skills

• CFC as a commercial employee, ideally obtained within an insurance company
• Professional experience in claims management, ideally in the field of personal insurance and/or individual providence
• Additional training or practical experience in the medical field is an asset
• High stress resistance, sense of responsibility, and a structured and autonomous way of working
• Strong team spirit as well as a keen sense of quality and customer orientation
• French as a native language or C2 level and German at a minimum B2 level; any other language is an advantage
• Available from 1 January 2027 for an indefinite period
