Job description:

• Development and further development of customer-specific SAP applications with ABAP and ABAP OO
• Technical implementation of new requirements in the SAP SD / Order-to-Cash environment
• Analysis, optimization and expansion of existing SAP logistics solutions
• Development and adaptation of forms, interfaces and backend functionalities
• Support for customer-specific developments in the area of SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC)
• Error analysis, debugging and technical support for existing custom developments
• Close cooperation with the specialist departments and the Product & Supply Chain Applications team
• Ensuring high code quality and sustainable technical solutions

About the customer:

In this role, you will support an experienced SAP team in the further development and optimization of a complex, customer-specifically extended SAP landscape. The focus is on technical development in the SAP logistics environment, particularly SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (O2C). You will independently undertake development and support tasks, analyze existing solutions and implement new technical requirements. Knowledge of SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC) is an advantage.

• Workload: 80% (approx. 32 hours per week)
• Remote: 3 days per week
• Location: Zürich - 1 day per week, preferably on Thursdays
• Type of employment: Fixed-term project / Contract

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development
• Many years of development experience in the area of SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (O2C) and SAP Logistics
• Very good knowledge of ABAP Objects (ABAP OO)
• Several years of experience with SAP ERP and S/4HANA
• Sound knowledge of Adobe Forms, IDoc, RFC and CDS Views
• Experience with customer-specific developments, extensions and interfaces
• Ideally experience with SAP LO-VC (Variant Configuration)
• Knowledge of OData, ABAP RAP and SAP Fiori is an advantage
• Experience in manufacturing companies
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills
