In an international and multi-entity environment, we are looking for a Group FP&A Controller - CapEx & Corporate to contribute to the financial steering and value creation of the group.

Job Description ##

Within the Group Finance Department, reporting to the Group Management Controller, you will operate at the heart of strategic decisions by ensuring investment steering, financial performance analysis, and supporting management in its decision-making.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Ensure the monitoring and analysis of the group's investments as well as their profitability.
• Evaluate the performance of investment projects through financial indicators (ROI, IRR, NPV, Payback).
• Participate in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts.
• Build and improve financial reporting and dashboards intended for management.
• Analyze variances, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
• Support the continuous improvement of financial processes and steering tools.
• Perform strategic analyses and ad hoc studies for management and shareholders.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Higher education in finance, management control, audit, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, industrial management control, audit, transactions, or investment finance.
• Previous experience in a capital-intensive sector is a real advantage.
• Excellent mastery of financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Strong skills in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and business cases.
• Ease in communicating with high-level interlocutors and the ability to challenge financial assumptions.
• Perfect mastery of French and English.
