Project Manager Heating

You will take over the project management of demanding heating projects and ensure economic, sustainable and technically convincing solutions.

Tasks

• Creation of building analyses in relation to building technology
• Project design, tendering and execution planning of projects in the field of heating
• Specialist construction management and support of projects during execution
• Coordination of the planning team in the respective project phases
• Cooperation with clients, GC/TU, architects and specialist planners as well as leading project meetings
• Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines across all project phases

Profile

• Training as a building services technician, technician HF/TS or several years of professional experience in an adequate position
• Experience in the planning and realization of heating projects
• Good knowledge of MS-Office as well as CAD (Nova), ideally experience with BIM
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German skills
