Altrajob is accompanying its client, an industrial company active in the field of mechanics. As part of the reinforcement of its Human Resources department, we are looking for a:

HR Assistant 80% bilingual German M/F

>>> Missions :

• Ensure HR administrative management and the monitoring of personnel files
• Manage salaries, social insurances, presence and absences
• Be the contact person for employees for administrative questions
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations and establish HR reporting
• Coordinate the employee life cycle with the HR Business Partners
• Collaborate with the HR team in order to guarantee efficient and structured management

>>> Profile sought:

With the benefit of a CFC as a commercial employee completed by an HR Manager HRSE certificate, you justify 5 to 7 years of experience in an HR function, ideally in an industrial environment.

You master labor law, M365, Excel and ideally SAP HCM.

Native German speaker or C2 level, you possess very good knowledge of French.

Autonomous, precise and organized, you enjoy teamwork.
