The Distribution department ensures that SRF's offerings are published in the linear radio and TV programs as well as on the digital channels and platforms where our target groups are active - with the right mix of topics, in the right format, at the right time, in the right scope, with the appropriate brand - supported by digitally oriented marketing.

What are your tasks? ####

Your main tasks consist of:

• You plan and implement target-group-oriented events, audience activations, and special SRF experiences. In doing so, you take on project responsibility for more complex projects including budget, resources, and success control, and work closely with internal specialist teams and external partners
• You specifically develop media partnerships and event formats in line with the SRG corporate strategy, analyze their impact, and contribute your own impulses to strategic projects
• You negotiate and implement existing and new media partnerships
• You coordinate internal and external interfaces, ensure targeted communication with the relevant stakeholders, and act as a sparring partner

What do you bring with you? ####

• Qualified education or further training in the field of marketing, live communication, or sponsoring, as well as several years of professional experience in the media, event, or entertainment environment
• Sound experience in project management, an independent and structured way of working, as well as strategic and holistic thinking
• Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as the ability to communicate convincingly, confidently, and at eye level in interdisciplinary teams
• Good knowledge of the Swiss event and media landscape as well as an existing network and language skills in at least one other national language at B2 level
