The Projects and Engineering division in Billing & Payments is responsible for the strategic further development and implementation of digitalization, automation, and modernization of our services and solutions. Our focus is on creating sustainable added value for our customers and the bank. As a central unit, we accompany projects from conception to successful implementation and drive innovative projects forward in the entire Billing and Payments environment. This includes topics such as Instant Payment, SIC, SWIFT, TWINT, eBill, and other forward-looking technologies. Your tasks

• Creating requirement specifications or creating EPICs, Stories and Features, UI prototypes
• Close cooperation with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and interdisciplinary teams
• Participation in the creation of EPIC concepts in close cooperation with product management
• Developing and evaluating solution approaches
• Creation of analyses and elaboration of solutions as well as their presentation to specialist and management committees
• Definition of tests for the acceptance of features and expansion of regression tests

Your profile

• University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable field of study, ideally with further training in project or portfolio management
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Engineering in an agile environment (e.g. SAFe) and ideally certification in Business Engineering (e.g. IREB)
• Convincing communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Analytical, strategic and networked thinking
• Familiarity with cross-departmental cooperation and complex stakeholder management
• Very good German skills
