Your Task ##

• Ensuring smooth IT operations and supporting our customers in daily business
• Processing support requests at 1st and 2nd level as well as coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Implementation of smaller changes and regular maintenance of existing customer systems
• Participation in the continuous further development and optimization of IT infrastructures
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Direct customer contact with a focus on high service quality and customer satisfaction

Your Profile ##

• Completed IT training (specialization in system engineering/platform development)
• Professional experience in the IT infrastructure environment, ideally at a service or managed service provider
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure as well as in the operation of hybrid IT environments
• Customer-oriented, structured and independent way of working as well as strong team spirit
• Proficient German skills (C2) and very good English skills (at least B1)
• Driving license category B
