What you can contribute

• Ensure the smooth running of the division's work and projects
• Handle correspondence as well as prepare reports, tables, presentations and graphics
• Organize meetings, conferences and events
• Manage and update databases and archives
• Participate in the preparation of contracts and division decisions: in particular perform the formal control of requests for reimbursement of the network supplement, prepare decisions and ensure their sending as well as the payment of the reimbursed amounts
• Provide oral and written information in German and French

What makes you unique

• Completed commercial training, experience desired in an assistant function and/or in file processing
• Knowledge of public administration desired
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365; knowledge in AI and SAP is an asset
• Ability to work autonomously, efficiently and precisely, with a strong interest in organizational and coordination tasks
• Sense of customer service and excellent communication skills
• Excellent oral and written knowledge of a second official language and knowledge of English
