YOUR FUTURE MISSION

• Manage cross-functional IT projects in all their dimensions (budget, resources, risks, deadlines, quality).
• Ensure the steering and coordination of a portfolio of application and / or IT projects in accordance with the company strategy.
• Define and implement the company's project management methodology and ensure its application.
• Train, assist, and supervise the various project managers.
• Define and implement the monitoring indicators for the project portfolio and communicate them regularly to management.

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education (university or HES) in computer science or equivalent.
• Mastery of the main project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, ...), a certification is a plus.
• Solid experience in steering IT projects and programs, experience in a PMO role is an asset.
• Proven experience in managing teams, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of customer service.
• Rigorous organization, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
