The Gemeinde Kaiseraugst is a modern service company for around 6-000 inhabitants. Our administration provides diverse services for the population daily - competent, close to citizens and solution-oriented.

To strengthen our young, committed Social Services team, we are looking for a motivated personality as of immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Deputy department head including responsibility for sub-areas
• Counseling of individuals and families
• Clarifications and mandate management in adult protection and cooperation with family court
• Case management for economic social assistance according to SKOS and cantonal specifications
• Cooperation with authorities and specialist agencies
• Specific activities in the field of Social Services based on your profile

Your profile

• Degree in Social Work FH
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Experience in statutory social work and in adult protection is an advantage (experience with KLIBnet)
• Structured, independent way of working
• Empathic, resilient and team-oriented
• Very good German skills
