Do you enjoy customer contact, like working with the PC and Excel, and are you interested in technical products? Are you flexible, think ahead, and want to learn new things? Then we should get to know each other.

Your task
As an important interface between customers, field service, suppliers, and internal teams, you ensure professional and uncomplicated support for our customers.

• Support and advise customers by telephone and in writing
• Create and process offers
• Record, accompany, and monitor orders
• Handle customer inquiries independently
• Coordinate complaints and repairs
• Close cooperation with the field service
• After-sales service and active customer care
• Participation in the optimization of our workflows and processes

What you bring with you
We are not looking for a person who already has to know everything. Much more important to us are your personality, your motivation, and your willingness to learn new things.

• Commercial training or comparable training
• Experience in customer service or in a similar function
• Very good German skills and good to very good French skills
• Very good PC user skills, especially MS Office and Excel
• Enjoyment of customer contact and consulting
• Technical flair and interest in our products
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Flexibility, quick comprehension, and networked thinking
