Your mission, if you accept it

Ensure, under the supervision of the Agency Director, the administrative, rental, technical, and financial management of a real estate portfolio composed of residential, mixed, and commercial buildings.

Your tasks, at a glance

• Participate in the advice we give to owners, with professionalism, accuracy, and confidence ;
• Draft solid and irreproachable lease agreements ;
• Manage terminations and all associated administrative procedures, with efficiency ;
• Create advertisements, conduct viewings, and re-rent properties, like a director. Relocation objective: 100 % – Vacancy objective: 0 %, because an empty property is an offense to your skills ;
• Carry out move-in and move-out inspections, without trembling (training possible) ;
• Establish and follow up on final statements with precision ;
• Order and follow up on routine work via the management software ;
• Manage extraordinary work (renovations, transformations, or other real estate adventures) with the same seriousness and always under the supervision of the Agency Director ;
• Re-invoice work to tenants with diplomacy and kindness ;
• Manage claims like an everyday firefighter: reactive, calm, and always solution-oriented ;
• Write correspondence, scan, and file documents according to internal rules (and sometimes, according to your instinct, because here the watchword is "adapt" and not "adopt") ;
• Participate in the administration of our PPE by assisting the administrator, with the aim of varying the pleasures and maintaining your versatility, by adding a little challenge ;
• Be the point of contact for this whole little world: tenants, concierges, contractors, co-owners, and owners — strengthen our clients' positions, establish peace in relationships, and finally, secure the portfolio.

Your profile

• You already have good experience in real estate management (residential, commercial, or both, by the way, why choose ...) ;
• Digital tools do not scare you: you click, you manage, you master ;
• You are autonomous and enterprising, the type who doesn't wait to be told a lightbulb is burnt out to realize it is dark ;
• You combine a sense of service, rigor, and organization, while remaining human, diplomatic, and rather nice ;
• You speak French fluently (fortunately), and if you master another language — especially English — That’s applause-worthy in our book ;
• You are a team player, at once benevolent, communicative, and organized.
