AI-Business Analyst

You will be significantly involved in the analysis, conception, support, and adoption of our AI solutions and will drive these forward together with committed internal and external teams. We are looking for a personality who never loses sight of the essentials when diving into concepts and code. What you drive * You analyze business processes, identify concrete GenAI/AI use cases on-prem / Cloud and drive them forward with a strong orientation towards implementation. * You translate business needs into clearly understandable requirements for IT, Data & AI teams. * You accompany the introduction of AI solutions from the idea through the pilot to the bank-wide rollout. * You drive AI adoption, for example through training, guidelines, and best-practice formats. * You act as an internal contact person regarding GenAI/AI, advise specialist departments, and moderate stakeholders. * You measure the benefits and acceptance of the AI solutions and derive concrete improvement measures from them.
