Job Description Under the responsibility of the Director IT Industrial Solutions, your main mission will be to drive the strategy, governance, and operational management of IT/OT solutions supporting Production, Quality, and Supply Chain activities across all Audemars Piguet production sites. At the head of the Manufacturing Solutions domain, you will guarantee the performance, stability, and evolution of the technological solutions within your scope, while ensuring their alignment with the company's strategic directions and business needs. As a preferred partner to the industrial management, you will actively contribute to the digital transformation of the Manufacture by driving an ambitious roadmap and supporting teams in the implementation of innovative, high-performance, and secure solutions. In this context, your main responsibilities will be to: * Define, communicate, and drive the strategic roadmap of the Manufacturing Solutions domain, ensuring its alignment with the priorities of the company and the business. * Ensure the governance of IT/OT solutions covering Production, Quality, and Supply Chain processes. * Supervise a portfolio of strategic projects and guarantee respect for budgets, deadlines, and the quality of deliverables. * Monitor the performance of services and implement the necessary indicators to guarantee the achievement of defined objectives. * Identify opportunities for improvement, risks, and evolution needs in order to support the continuous transformation of the Manufacture. * Guarantee the alignment of technological solutions with the global information system architecture. * Define, evolve, and promote the processes, standards, and good governance practices of your domain. * Ensure the compliance of activities with applicable regulations, internal standards, and audit requirements. * Build, drive, and optimize the budget of your scope while ensuring rigorous monitoring of investments and operational expenses. * Develop and maintain relationships of trust with technological partners and strategic suppliers. * Act as the preferred interlocutor for business management for all subjects related to Manufacturing solutions. * Supervise, develop, and unite teams around a common vision, by promoting collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence. * Support skill development, talent management, and the implementation of succession plans guaranteeing the continuity of activities. Qualifications * Higher education in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent field. * More than 10 years of experience in managing complex technological solutions within industrial environments. * Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managers. * Solid understanding of Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain processes. * Significant experience in managing digital transformation programs and strategic project portfolios. * Excellent mastery of the challenges related to IT/OT environments and their integration within a global information system. * Strong ability to operate in complex environments and to collaborate with interlocutors of various hierarchical levels. * Recognized leadership, sense of organization, and excellent communication and influence skills. * Experience in budget management, supplier governance, and management of strategic contracts. * You have perfect command of French and a very good level of English.
