DEMARCHE is looking for its structure Connexion-Ressources, an active Job coaching and placement organization, based in Lausanne, a Job Coach & ASD Referent permanent (CDI) at 80%-100% Your missions As a Job Coach, you ensure the proper follow-up of beneficiaries enrolled in the disability insurance measures of our structure Connexion-Ressources. This support aims for sustainable reintegration into employment or training by guaranteeing individualized, personalized and weekly coaching. Your main missions: * You accompany beneficiaries in accordance with the health impact and physical or mental health limitations. * You define a professional/integration project and employability using the skills assessment tool, psychometric tests and qualitative tools * You mobilize beneficiaries around their professional training project. * You develop the employability of beneficiaries and identify opportunities for internships in companies, employment or training. * You ensure the placement of beneficiaries in employment or apprenticeship, as well as their follow-up during their activity. * You collaborate with the external network (medical, case manager, etc.) * You maintain and develop the company network by actively prospecting the labor market.
