Your field of activity

• You lead demanding timber construction projects to success technically and organizationally
• Together with your team, you advance projects across all phases
• You coordinate planning, production, and assembly efficiently with one another
• You drive structural and detail planning forward with your expertise
• As a central contact person, you network customers, project partners, and internal specialist departments
• You lead project meetings in a goal-oriented manner and bring decisions to the point
• You solve technical questions from our customers competently and in a practical manner
• You actively contribute your know-how in the development of new projects
• You continuously develop processes and standards in engineering together with us

Your person

• You have training in timber construction and a completed degree as a timber construction engineer (FH/BSc/MSc) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you bring five years of experience as a timber construction engineer
• You use CAD and structural analysis software confidently in your daily work
• Responsibility motivates you, and you make decisions based on sound judgment and foresight
• You enjoy working with customers, partners, and interdisciplinary teams
• You think in networks, contribute your own ideas, and look for the best solutions
