Your contribution

• Be responsible, regarding the assigned area, for quality management within the HR Defense Service Center and ensure the further development of processes based on the HR strategy
• Analyze management indicators, collect data, draft evaluations and derive effective measures
• Monitor measures, initiate and accompany the continuous improvement process and ensure its effectiveness
• Coordinate the internal control system, perform controls independently, draft reports for the attention of higher levels
• Update work instructions, maintain educational documentation and provide support during tests

What distinguishes you

• Higher vocational training with 2--3 years of relevant experience for the function or complete vocational training with 4--7 years of relevant experience for the function
• Experience in quality management, particularly regarding the assurance and further development of standards, processes and service quality
• Conceptual and editorial skills as well as a strong ability to think analytically and systematically
• Rapid understanding of complex connections and the ability to express complex issues clearly and precisely, both in writing and orally
• In-depth knowledge in the field of HR IT systems, advanced technical skills in Excel (data analysis, complex evaluations and calculations) as well as solid specialist knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (IPDM, PSD) constitute an advantage

The Army Staff (SM Es) provides support to the Chief of the Army in the conduct of the Defense Group and is responsible for the global military planning of the army and its related development. Based on political directives, it develops the strategic bases, the development of the armed forces as well as the planning of the armed forces and weaponry and assumes tasks in the context of international security. The conduct, management and coordination of all transversal sectors (Personnel, Finance, Real Estate) also fall within its sphere of competence.

The Swiss Army employs over 9000 employees within the framework of four military professions and approximately 200 civilian professions, in 110 locations throughout the national territory. In addition, it provides for new recruits, training apprentices in over 30 professions.
