• You work closely with employees and support them professionally
• You are the sparring partner of your clients
• As an advocate for digitalization, you are ready to leave no stone unturned
• You represent your clients comprehensively towards authorities
• Independent execution of limited audits (approx. 10%)

What you bring with you:

• You have already been able to gather several years of experience in fiduciary services and were responsible for your own mandates
• You have completed training at the Federal Diploma of Higher Education level
• An expert diploma (fiduciary expert, tax expert, auditor) can be an advantage. If this is your goal, we will support you in doing so!
• Ideally, you have an admission as a revisor or RAB audit expert
• Managing and coordinating several mandates in parallel is not a problem for you
• Resilience is your strength. But you know how to maintain a balanced work-life balance
