• You maintain master data, process complaints, and ensure smooth processes.

Qualifications

• A commercial basic training forms your foundation.
• You bring experience in inside sales or order processing.
• Know-how in international export and with customs processes distinguishes you.
• You command German and English at a business level in spoken and written form.
• You use ERP systems such as SAP as well as MS Office confidently.
• Your mindset is solution-oriented, precise, and characterized by team spirit.
