Reporting to the Technology team, you will support the business teams in the adoption of AI. At the interface between users and engineers, you will identify needs, structure initiatives, and contribute to the deployment of concrete solutions to improve workflows. The position is based in Genève, with regular on-site presence and the possibility of teleworking according to the agreed terms. It is offered on a Try & Hire basis, with a perspective of a CDI. Main missions * Identify and prioritize AI use cases with the sales, structuring, and operational teams. * Transform individual initiatives into shared and reusable solutions. * Formalize business needs and coordinate their implementation with engineers. * Participate in the configuration of AI tools, agents, plugins, and connectors to internal systems. * Test solutions, support users, and disseminate best practices. * Contribute to the management of access and permissions with the Technology team. We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria: * Concrete practice of AI tools, such as Claude, and an interest in agents and automation. * An ability to understand business needs and translate them into operational solutions. * A strong interest in finance; initial experience in trading, middle office, back office or with sales teams is an asset. * Technical ease to explore data and dialogue with engineers; notions of development, databases, or Git are appreciated. * Excellent interpersonal skills, a practical mindset, autonomy, and business sensitivity. * Proficiency in French and a minimum English level of B2. * Junior profiles are welcome if they demonstrate their motivation and concrete achievements around AI.
