Your contribution
Develop the target image for the integrated life cycle management of national highways and ensure its implementation
Standardize and digitalize processes for inspection, condition assessment, condition forecasting, and measures planning for road surfaces, engineering structures, tunnels, and routes
Develop processes and introduce tools that translate infrastructure and condition data into prioritized maintenance measures and targeted investments
Design uniform decision-making and business processes across organizational boundaries and connect central and decentralized organizational units in coordinated management
Prepare decision-making bases and represent the project to the executive management
What makes you unique
University degree in technology, economics, computer science, or a comparable field of study
Several years of experience in the transformation, management, or development of complex real estate, road, or transport infrastructures
Sound knowledge of infrastructure, real estate, or asset management as well as life cycle management
Demonstrable successful management of complex, cross-organizational programs, portfolios, or change projects
Strategic thinking combined with experience in process design, governance, and data-based decision models
Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and the ability to communicate in English in a professional environment
