Your tasks ##

• You support various management teams during personnel and technical shortages in our branches in German-speaking Switzerland (BE, BS, LU, SG, SO, ZH)
• You are responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental properties during initial rentals/tenant changes
• You are in direct contact with owners, tenants, property managers, tradespeople, and authorities
• You ensure real estate maintenance according to the management contract
• You carry out periodic real estate inspections and write condition assessments with corresponding reports
• You carry out lease & rent changes as well as indexed rent adjustments
• You monitor current rent policy and advise property owners on setting rent structures

Your profile ##

• You possess a federal certificate of proficiency (eidg. Fachausweis) as a Real Estate Manager or have adequate further training in the real estate sector
• You bring several years of professional experience as a real estate management clerk or in a junior function
• Your native language is German and you have very good correspondence skills
• You are digitally savvy and have the ability to actively support changes
• You have an independent and reliable way of working and bring willingness to travel and flexibility
• You are customer-oriented and maintain a partnership-based approach
• You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
