Your new field of activity:

• Payroll responsibility for the entire NRG Group:

cereneo Schweiz AG + NRG: 2 payroll runs per month EAV: 1x hourly wage + 1x monthly wage approx. 170 MA (CH)

cereneo Prevention AG: 1 payroll run L-GAV approx. 35 MA (CH)

cereneo Global Services AG: 1 payroll run approx. 19 MA (International)

• Administrative responsibility for master data entry and updating
• Independent responsibility for social insurances (KTG, UVG, AHV) withholding taxes as well as pension and insurance topics in close cooperation with external bodies
• Processing of sickness and accident daily allowances, maternity insurance as well as EO settlements
• Execution of year-end processes, wage reports and statutory declarations
• Active participation in the optimization and digitalization of payroll processes and systems
• Competent contact person for employees and managers on all payroll matters
• Workplace Hertenstein, HO by arrangement, temporal flexibility when there are no payroll runs

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training with higher continuing education in the payroll area (e.g., HR-Fachausweis, Sozialversicherungs-Fachausweis Payroll-Specialist or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience as a Payroll Specialist in a Swiss company (advantageous in healthcare)
• Very good Swiss labor law knowledge (advantageous in healthcare)
• Proficient with EAV as well as L-GAV
• Exact, structured and independent way of working, combined with high service orientation and discretion
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
