Your tasks

• Creation and updating of high-quality technical documentation such as operating instructions, training materials, spare parts lists etc. in German and English
• Ongoing maintenance of the technical documentation with regard to legal and standard compliance (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC) as well as clarity and user-friendliness
• Co-development of the tools used for creating the documentation with interfaces to overarching systems
• Cooperation with internal teams to independently gain a comprehensive understanding of the systems and the documentation requirements
• Collaboration in the Terminology group
• Assistance in the assessment of system safety
• Administration of the editorial system Schema ST4

Your qualifications

• Completed further training in the field of technical writing/communication or with a technical focus or comparable training
• Experience with the editorial system Schema ST4
• Further training in the area of system safety desirable
• Very good linguistic expression in German and English
• Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly in words and images
• Confident handling of tools for creating documentation
• Independent, responsible action and structured way of working
