HR Scheduler 50-80% Your tasks * You create cost- and employee-oriented personnel scheduling for around 180 employees in various functions and are responsible for this from annual planning to daily scheduling. * You monitor the working time, rest time, rest day, and holiday balances of the employees according to the Working Time Act (AZG) and ensure their correct representation in the system. * Together with the team leaders, you organize vacation planning based on the specifications. * You coordinate internal training and further education planning and take over the corresponding deployment planning. * You organize extra and additional trips and coordinate the vehicle requirements with the provision. * You create the monthly allowance statements for the payroll accounting. Your profile * You have completed a commercial vocational training (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification. * You have already been able to gain experience in duty scheduling and personnel disposition and bring corresponding specialist knowledge. * You are characterized by an independent, structured, and reliable way of working and convince through empathy as well as clear communication. * Even in demanding situations, you maintain an overview, set priorities, and work in a solution-oriented manner. * Your native language is German or French. In addition, you have good knowledge of the respective other language. * You possess a high IT affinity and good user knowledge of MS Office products. * Ideally, you already have sound knowledge of the Working Time Act (AZG/AZGV). Alternatively, you bring the willingness to acquire this specialist knowledge.
