Your tasks

• Independent management of real estate accounting for commercial and residential properties
• Management of the accounting for STWEG and MEG communities as well as company accounting
• Preparation of heating and operating cost statements
• Monitoring of incoming payments as well as processing of the dunning process
• Processing and reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparation and settlement of VAT
• Preparation and creation of quarterly and annual financial statements

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Further training in the field of finance and accounting (e.g., accounting clerk)
• Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting
• Experience with real estate management software, ideally Rimo R5 or Garaio REM
• High reliability and sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of working in a team as well as strong communication skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
