Our long-standing customers include many well-known multinational corporations, but also many innovative Swiss SMEs.

We wish to successively expand our business and are looking for a

Business Development Manager (m/f) - Personnel Consulting Engineering & IT 80-100%

Responsibilities

• You acquire placement orders from new as well as existing customers and help us in the recruitment and selection of the appropriate specialists (engineers, technicians, designers).
• In your role, you identify decision-makers (technical development managers, HR department) at potential customers in German-speaking Switzerland and convince them in telephone conversations as well as personal presentation appointments of a cooperation with us.
• Through active relationship management and comprehensive support, you ensure optimal and smooth cooperation for both your customers and the specialists you manage.

Requirements

• Professional experience in sales / personnel consulting
• You enjoy sales and look forward to supporting our specialists professionally and actively
• You contribute your strong drive for performance and success to the team with an entrepreneurial mindset, with the goal of generating sustainable company growth
• Overall, you convince with self-confidence, diplomatic skill, sales talent and an independent way of working
• You successfully apply your confident and professional impact in telephone and personal conversations at the decision-maker level
• You speak fluent German/Swiss German. Good to business fluent language skills in English are an advantage.
• Your place of residence is in Switzerland
