What you can contribute

• Lead the Business Analysis Specialised Domain in terms of personnel and specific tasks, manage resources and priorities
• Continuously develop methods and standards in business analysis, requirements engineering and business process management; guarantee their application
• Advise specialised domains during projects involving complex requirements analysis, business processes and possible solutions
• Guarantee the quality, consistency and clarity of technical requirements throughout the entire lifecycle of specialised applications
• Promote the rapid integration of business analysis into projects, identify risks, dependencies and consequences resulting from technical, legal and organizational changes
• Organize business exchange on projects, operations and quality engineering with internal and external partners; promote the development of business analysis skills

What makes you unique

• Degree from a higher education institution, preferably in business information technology, computer science, economics or a related field; ideally, continuing education in business analysis, requirements engineering or process management
• Several years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering or business process management and leadership experience
• Solid experience in the analysis, structuring and documentation of complex business requirements and business processes
• Proven ability to structure complex issues of a business, technical and organizational nature and to derive solution proposals and solid decision bases from them
• Enjoy leading and developing employees and working with various stakeholders at different hierarchical levels
• Good knowledge of a second official language; ideally, knowledge of a third official language and good knowledge of English
