Your area of responsibility
You carry out the necessary tasks of personnel consulting and serve as a contact person in both telephone and direct contact with applicants, temporary employees, and our customers. You are in close contact with our clientele and additionally build new relationships. You are in close contact with the clientele in the areas of main construction/secondary construction trades as well as building technology and additionally build new relationships.

Your main tasks

• Customer care and acquisition
• Posting job advertisements according to customer orders
• analyzing and selecting applications
• scheduling customer orders
• acquiring new customers
• conducting interviews with job seekers
• creation and preparation of personnel dossiers
