Does the idea of shaping demanding real estate transactions and thereby actively driving the development of a portfolio of over CHF 14 billion motivate you? Do you want to lead an experienced team, identify market opportunities early, and convincingly represent strategic investment decisions?

Zurich Invest AG manages around 500 directly held properties in various investment vehicles. As Head Transactions Real Estate, you are responsible together with your team for all acquisitions and divestments of our Swiss real estate portfolios. As a member of the Real Estate management team, you shape the sustainable growth of our investment vehicles with your market understanding, your network, and your negotiation skills.

What awaits you

• You are responsible for the identification, prioritization, and implementation of real estate acquisitions and sales across all usage types.
• You manage complex individual and portfolio transactions, lead due diligence processes, and safely guide internal and external specialists through the entire process.
• You lead and develop a team of five experienced Transaction Managers and strengthen a performance-oriented, collegial collaboration.
• You prepare well-founded investment proposals and represent them convincingly before Investment Committees, the Executive Board, and Foundation Boards.
• You further develop our Switzerland-wide network, monitor the market systematically, and translate trends and opportunities into concrete transactions and growth impulses.

What distinguishes you

• University degree in real estate management, architecture, engineering, business administration, finance, or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of experience in institutional real estate investment and transaction management, as well as a demonstrable track record in acquisitions and sales.
• Sound knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, real estate valuation, and the execution of complex transactions.
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, result orientation, and strong negotiation skills towards different stakeholders.
• Very good German, French, and English skills.

Start date: from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement

Travel activity: up to 20% per year

Hybrid working: up to 40%
