Your tasks

• Responsibility for the administrative process from sickness and accident notifications to correct daily allowance settlement
• Participation in the monthly daily allowance processing
• Maintaining contact with HR persons, insured persons, and developers to continuously improve services
• Conceptualizing and implementing processes in the area of sickness and accident notifications
• First point of contact for HR persons for questions regarding insurance management and conducting initial clarifications if necessary

Your profile

• Further training in the social insurance sector
• Professional experience with the application UKA desired
• Further training in the area of process management or proven experience in this area
• Quick comprehension and exact way of working
• Networking, structuring, and independent organizing are among your strengths
