As Head of Supply Chain Development, you are responsible for the further development and harmonization of our global end-to-end processes. You lead the team of Business Process Owners and work closely with Operations and IT. The focus is on the strategic alignment of the Supply Chain, the introduction of digital solutions, and the establishment of Lean Management.

Your main tasks ###

• Lead a team of six Business Process Owners, further develop the Supply Chain Development department, and actively help shape the strategic alignment of the Supply Chain
• Define, harmonize, and introduce global end-to-end processes in close cooperation with the operational specialist departments and IT Operations, and ensure process standards
• Lead strategically relevant corporate projects and develop decision-making bases and risk analyses
• Promote technological and digital innovations and evaluate, integrate, and further develop modern IT solutions
• Manage internal and external partners in the implementation of supply chain and digitalization initiatives and realize the added value of the initiatives
• Establish the methods of Continuous Improvement and Lean Management throughout the entire Supply Chain Management as a Lean Ambassador
• Travel activity of around 10 % to our locations in Germany, the USA, and China

Your profile ###

• At least 5 years of experience in an international supply chain organization, ideally in MedTech, Pharma, or a comparable regulated production environment
• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field of study
• Sound knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and experience in the successful introduction of new processes or systems as well as in the implementation of operational optimizations
• Very good experience in Change Management and project management as well as in cross-functional cooperation in a matrix organization
• Good knowledge of ERP (ideally SAP S/4HANA), planning systems, data management, and system integration
• High IT affinity and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions together with IT
• Strategic and analytical thinking, experience with business cases and investment decisions, as well as in the prioritization of transformation initiatives
• Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 each)
