Your tasks

In this key position, you will lead a team of around 15 employees and be responsible for the strategic and operational development of justice IT. You will design modern ICT services, further develop the application and system landscape, and drive digitalization, information security, and innovative technologies. In addition, you will represent the judiciary in cantonal/intercantonal committees and projects.

As a leadership personality, you combine the needs of the judiciary with technological possibilities. You possess profound ICT leadership experience, strategic foresight, and strong implementation competence. With persuasiveness, service orientation, and a will to shape, you create sustainable added value.
