IT Specialist Application Support

Our client, an established company in the field of medical software, is looking for an IT specialist to strengthen its Application Management team, starting immediately or by arrangement. Here, you can use and further expand your technical know-how on a daily basis, supported by a helpful team. As a technical contact person for diverse customer inquiries, you will ensure that the software runs smoothly for the customers.

Your tasks

• You set up the software and its interfaces on-site at new customers and put them into operation
• Handle more demanding support inquiries, record malfunctions, and forward them to the correct departments if necessary
• You install updates on customer systems via remote access
• Support sales with technical questions and coordinate with partners and suppliers
• You document customer reports in the ticketing system and assist with system tests

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of computer science
• Experience in application support and technical customer contact
• Good analytical skills to quickly identify the causes of problems
• Willingness for occasional on-site customer assignments
• Fluent German skills as well as basic knowledge of English and French
• You are communicative, team-oriented, and work independently
