Job Description

Your mission

Wüest Dimensions is our high-performance SaaS platform for data-driven real estate decisions and management. We are continually improving the existing platform while shaping its next generation.

As Product Experience Manager, you will lead the development of our platform's end-to-end experience practice, collaborate with our UI designer, and help transform complex real estate workflows into intuitive, consistent, and reliable product experiences. You will work closely with product managers, product owners, software architects, engineers, account managers, and clients - from problem discovery and user research to prototyping, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities

• Lead user research, client interviews, usability testing, and product discovery to validate product concepts and hypotheses early with clients and users.
• Design high-quality end-to-end user journeys, workflows, information architecture, prototypes, and user interfaces, while improving key UX pain points on the existing Wüest Dimensions platform.
• Shape the user experience of new developments, including AI-native workflows, automation, and human oversight.
• Establish and evolve a scalable design system, consistent UX standards, and product design practices across the platform and teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout discovery and delivery.
• Define and measure UX success metrics, using research, analytics, and client feedback to guide continuous improvements.
• Strengthen user-centered design practices and product design maturity throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent training in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, product design, digital design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in user experience, UX/UI design, or a comparable role, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, complex digital platforms, or AI-native systems.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, combined with proven experience in mixed-methods research (e.g., interviews, contextual inquiries), interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, and the development of design systems and reusable UX patterns.
• Experience in establishing and scaling product design practices, including research operations, reusable methodologies, and UX measurement, with strong proficiency in modern prototyping and collaboration tools such as Claude Design, Figma, and the Confluence/Jira suite.
• Ability to simplify complex professional workflows without compromising precision, transparency, or expert functionality, ideally with experience in real estate, financial services, analytics, or other data-intensive fields.
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders in cross-functional teams, with strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience and motivation to work with AI-assisted products, automation, transparency, and human-AI collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in German and English.
