For our Nyon agency, we are looking for a:

Real Estate Accountant

Your missions:

• Accounting for rental properties,
• PPE accounting,
• Heating and service charge settlements,
• Bank reconciliations,
• Being one of the contact persons at the accounting level for the entire clientele: owners and tenants.

Profile sought

• 2 years of experience in the field of real estate accounting,
• Knowledge of the QUORUM software would be a real asset,
• Autonomous, organized, and easy contact with clients,
• Ability to adapt one's activity according to priority tasks.
