For the Profond Anlagestiftung, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality to strengthen our team in the field of construction management.

Your tasks

• Representing owner interests in new construction, renovation, remodeling, and renewal projects.
• Steering external client representatives, planning and project teams and ensuring the achievement of cost, quality, and schedule targets.
• Assessing budgets, cost estimates, addenda, and final accounts.
• Early recognition of challenges and initiation of suitable measures.
• Preparing decision-making bases and management reporting for internal committees.
• Budgeting and controlling: Participating in investment and budget planning, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring meaningful project controlling and reporting.
• Advising Asset Management: Supporting technical, economic, and marketing-relevant questions throughout the entire life cycle of the properties.

Your profile

• Completed training as an architect or comparable construction-technical qualification
• Sound experience in construction management, client representation, or a comparable function
• Comprehensive knowledge in cost and project management
• Strong understanding of technical and economic contexts in the real estate sector
• Experience in collaborating with planners, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a confident manner

Very good German skills; French skills are an advantage
