Customer Advisor Order Processing (80 – 100 %)

You support our team in order processing, customer care and application support.
With your reliable and structured way of working, you contribute to a high service quality and smooth processes.

Your tasks:

Advising our customers via telephone and e-mail
Processing customer orders and inquiries
Creation of comparison lists to support the field sales force
First-level support for our web applications
Participation in projects (e.g. process optimizations, introduction of new services)
Close cooperation with external bodies (e.g. logistics partners, health insurance companies)

Your qualifications:

Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent training
Enjoyment of contact with customers and proactive collaboration
You work independently, flexibly and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
Languages: German and French, Italian an advantage
