We are the transport and logistics company for leading automotive brands in Switzerland. Thanks to our services, we make mobility possible in Switzerland. With 300 employees and approximately 80 vehicles, we listen to our customers daily. As a subsidiary of the entrepôts de Suisse centrale AG founded in 1873, we embody both tradition and modernity.

To strengthen our team at the Lupfig AG site, we are looking for a committed person starting now or by agreement who does not just manage international transports, but participates actively in them.

YOUR TASKS WITH US:

Manage clients & develop business

You communicate proactively with our international clients, secure and acquire loads and continuously develop existing client relationships.

Negotiate & act economically

You obtain loading spaces from transport companies and negotiate freight rates. You always keep an eye on prices, occupancy and margins and assume responsibility for your results.

Plan international transports

You plan and coordinate tours and loads from all over Europe to Switzerland. Using modern IT systems, you combine our internal fleet and external carriers to optimize capacity utilization.

Find solutions when necessary

You are in direct contact with transport companies, subcontractors and drivers. In the dynamic daily life of transport, you react quickly, pragmatically and in a solution-oriented manner to new situations.

Develop together

You work in close collaboration with national planning, ensure punctual deliveries and bring your ideas to further develop our international sector.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• You have a sense of negotiation, think entrepreneurially and have a good feeling for freight prices and margins
• You are reliable, resistant to stress and keep your calm even in case of a heavy workload
• You enjoy contact with international clients, transport companies and drivers
• You have experience in finished vehicle logistics and/or in international transport - ideally with your own network of carriers
• You speak very good German and English (minimum B2 level); other languages such as Russian are a plus
